Select Within

Using a user defined area, multiple items can be selected at the same time. Window. Enter an enclosed area using an Annotation line.  You may also use a Phase Region line from Materials.

Select the line or lines to be used to select within. Select Edit > Select Within. Check the layer you want to select. Uncheck the box to Only include data if entirely inside if you also want to include intersecting lines. Click OK.

All lines meeting the criteria will be selected. You may edit the selected lines as needed.
