The Horizontal Slice Report is used to calculate the cut/fill volumes based on user defined vertical elevation slices. To calculate the Horizontal Slice Report, you must enter a minimum of one Balance Region around a specific area or around the entire site. In Plan View mode, select Utility > Calc Horizon. Slices.
Enter the desired Elevation Interval and click OK. The volumes will be calculated and the Horizontal Slice Report will be generated. Cut volumes will accumulate from the highest elevation to the lowest. Fills will be accumulated from the lowest elevation to the highest.
