When selected, the Save command over-writes the previous version of the job. A beep is sounded indicating that the job has been saved. If, the job has not been saved before, the Save As window displays.
Save command on Print Page
On the Print Page, the Save command allows you to save the Page Preview File (*.aip) only.
Press Yes to save the file with the indicated name or No to cancel. The save the .aip file with a different name, see the Save As command.
