There are two ways to display the Line Editor. To edit the Line or Elevation Label, select the line and press the Right Mouse button to display the menu or double-click on the line to display the Line Editor. The Line Editor is the appropriate editor when the selected line is a contour or a constant elevation line where we wish to affect every point on the line.
The Line Editor allows you to change the Elevation, Point Labels and the Line Label for the selected line.

Changes all the points on the selected line to one constant elevation. |

Point Label |
Assigns all the points on the selected line the same point label. |

Line |
Assigns a label to the line. This label is independent of any point labels already assigned. |

Affect Adjacent Points |
This causes any line attached to the currently selected line to also be modified at the point where they connect. |
