Welcome to the AGTEK Community - Your Training Resource

AGTEK’s new Community is your place to find all things AGTEK. Creating the Community was an opportunity for AGTEK to modernize its online training platform and provide a useful one-stop-shop resource for our users. The Community houses all the training videos, tutorials, webinars, user manuals, and other materials developed over the years in one searchable knowledge base. “We set out to create a Google for AGTEK,” says Senior Product Manager, Chris Mazur.

Officially launched in early 2023, the password-protected Community is located on the main AGTEK website, under Support in the main navigation. Our single sign-on functionality means that you enter the same credentials to access the Community as you use when accessing your AGTEK software and mobile apps. If you do not have these credentials available, contact your internet key administrator.

Simple navigation makes searching easy. You will see icons for each of our core desktop products at the top of the page: Gradework, Materials, Underground, Highway, REVEAL, and Trackwork. As you click on each product, you will find a wealth of information including new feature videos, directions for installation, functionality videos that show you how to use the product for beginner to advanced users, manuals, and more. Scrolling down, you will find the same depth of information on our mobile apps-SmartPlan, SmartDirt, and SmartTrack

AGTEK is proud to offer our users a variety of training options, all accessible in the Training section. “This is the place for everything you need to make yourself better at using AGTEK,” says Chris. Formats range from online self-paced training to web-based one-on-one training with an AGTEK expert. In-person classes in Atlanta and Livermore include hands-on group training for beginner and intermediate users and seminar-style training for intermediate and advanced users.

Our favorite thing about the Community is that it’s completely searchable. The quickest way to find what you’re looking for may simply be by typing it into the search bar at the top of the page. You will be rewarded with responses that include videos, FAQs, articles, and more.

As with everything we build, our goal was to make using the Community dirt simple. If you need assistance, you can easily contact our Support team and share files from the platform.
